You never know when you will be called upon to render first aid. There will be far less stress and better outcomes if, when the time comes, you've recently taken a first aid course.

We provide the American Heart Association's Heartsaver First Aid course. This is a basic entry-level course for first-time participants or for refresher training.

The length of the course varies according to the number and type of modules needed. This course is also often paired with the Heartsaver AED course to make a full day of health and safety instruction. The module on Environmental Emergencies is especially recommended for all business clients, and should be included for most clients whenever possible.

The course utilizes a combination of DVD instruction and hands-on practice bandaging wounds, rigging splints, treating for shock and other activities. Participants usually especially enjoy the interactive segments.

Passing this course results in a two-year card.
